The Basilica of Our Lady of Perpetual Help is an architectural landmark in the New York City borough of Brooklyn. It is located on 5th Avenue between 59th and 60th streets in the Sunset Park neighborhood and occupies about half the square block extending back to 6th Avenue, with the rectory and ancillary buildings occupying the remainder. The Basilica is visible for some distance, particularly from the Gowanus Expressway. It is popularly referred to by its initials, OLPH.

The Order of the Visitation of Holy Mary was founded in 1610 by St. Francis de Sales and St. Jane de Chantal in Annecy, France. The Monastery of Brooklyn was founded in 1855, as fruit of a Novena made by Visitation Sisters in the Baltimore Monastery. It is situated on 7.5 acres in the heart of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
Vocation Retreats are offered at the Monastery for those wishing to discern their vocation.

The Cathedral Basilica of St. James is the cathedral church of the Diocese of Brooklyn. It is located at the corner of Jay Street and Cathedral Place in Downtown Brooklyn. St. James is the oldest Catholic parish on Long Island and is the seat of the Diocese of Brooklyn. Its extensive history has seen the transformation of peaceful pastoral countryside into a bustling metropolis, and the growth of a fledgling parish into one of the largest dioceses in America.

The Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart, the fifth-largest cathedral in North America, is the seat of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark. It is located at 89 Ridge Street in Newark, New Jersey. Envisioned as a "fitting monument to the faith," construction began in 1899 and was finished in 1954. The original design called for an English/Irish-gothic church, but plans were later modified in favor of a French-gothic style.

The Church of Our Lady of Grace is a Roman Catholic church built in 1876 in Hoboken, New Jersey. It is a Gothic style church designed by Francis G. Himpler and William J. Whyte. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

The Roman Catholic Church of Our Saviour was established in 1955, making it one of the youngest parishes in Manhattan. Its striking Romanesque edifice on Park Avenue, designed by Paul W. Reilly and built in 1959, is also one of the newer Roman Catholic church buildings.

The Church of the Good Shepherd is a Roman Catholic parish church in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, located at 608 Isham Street, Manhattan, New York City. The parish was established in 1911 and was formerly staffed by the Paulist Fathers. It is currently staffed by the Capuchin Friars.

The church cornerstone is dated 1936, which similarly establishes the church as being a Paulist Fathers church.

The Roman Catholic Church of the Holy Innocents was founded in 1909 to serve the Flatbush area of Brooklyn. A first church building was erected on East 17th Street at Beverly Road, and the site would eventually include a rectory and school.

In 1922, plans were approved for the construction of a much larger church and rectory to be located on the same site. The 1,100-seat church was designed in the Late Gothic Revival style by Helme & Corbett, who were also the architects of St. Gregory's Church in Brooklyn.

The Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus is a Roman Catholic parish church, located in Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen/Clinton. Founded in 1876, it is a parish of the Archdiocese of New York and is at 457 West 51st Street. Sacred Heart of Jesus School is located at 456 West 52nd Street.

The Church of the Sacred Heart is a Roman Catholic parish church in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York, located at 1253 Shakespeare Avenue (West 168 Street), Bronx, New York City 10452. The church building was designed by architect Elliott Lynch, who designed several other Catholic churches and parish schools. The church is connected with a school of the same name.
